Ticketmaster Ties With iTunes
West Hollywood-based Ticketmaster said Wednesday morning that it will begin featuring digital album sales from Apple's popular iTunes Store alongside its concert tickets. Ticketmaster said that it will feature and promote albums from more than 700 of the musical acts which have tickets for sale via the company, offering people who purchase tickets to live performances with the option to buy a digital album at the same time. Break.com Adds Recommendation Features, Video Player
Los Angeles-based Break.com, an online entertainment and video site which targets men, said Wednesday that it has added a recommendation engine to the site, and also created a embedded video player that can be customized by its users. According to Break.com, the recommendation system will show users individual video choices based on the videos they like and dislike. The new video player allows users to control the look-and-feel of the player on the site, including colors and graphics.

Coradiant Partners With Analytics Firm
Poway-based Coradiant, a provider of web application monitoring software, has inked a partnership with OpenConnect Systems, a Dallas-based developer of business analytics software. OpenConnect Systems said today that the combined software will allow customers to find specific process inefficiencies related to customer service issues. Coradiant is venture backed by DCM, Desjardins Venture Capital, GrandBanks Capital, and Miramar Venture Partners.

X1 Revs Search Software, Inks Partnership
Pasadena-based X1 Technologies, a developer of desktop search software, said Tuesday that it has upgraded the firm's flagship software, and also inked a partnership with an email management provider. Fandango Finds Friends At Facebook

Qualcomm, MLBAM Link On Mobile Services
San Diego-based Qualcomm and MLB Advanced Media, the new media arm of Major League Baseball, said today that they have launched a new mobile service for baseball fans. The new service, which is an extension of MLB.com, allows baseball fans to buy and download team logos, wallpapers, ringtones, and player images. Realtor.com Targets iPhone Users
Westlake Village-based Realtor.com said today that it has rolled out a new, web site specifically targeted at Apple iPhone users. Realtor.com, which provides real estate listings and is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS, said that the firm,'s new iPhone site is specifically designed for people using Apple's popular cell phone. Broadcom Ships iSCSI HBA
Irvine-based Broadcom, a provider of semiconductors and other electronic components, announced a new iSCSI host bus adapter (HBA) this morning. Broadcom said that its iSCSI chips are being used as part of its NetExtreme converged network interface controllers. iSCSI HBAs are used in the storage networking industry to transport storage traffic over TCP/IP.
