OGPlanet Adds New MMORPG Title
El Segundo-based OGPlanet has added a new MMORPG to its lineup, saying Friday that it has brought La Tale, an Asian MMORPG, to the North American market. OGPlanet did not give details on when the title would be available. La Tale is a cartoon-style, 2D scrolling game developed in South Korea by Actoz Soft.

TriZetto Acquired By Apax Partners For $1.4B
Newport Beach-based healthcare information firm Trizetto Group is in a deal to be acquired by private equity firm Apax Partners, in a deal worth approximately $1.4B. The TriZetto Group said this morning that the agreement calls for TriZetto shareholders to receive $22.00 per share in cash from a group of funds headed by Apax Partners. V-ENABLE Launches Mobile Web Directory Assistance Service
San Diego-based V-ENABLE said this morning that it has launched a new, mobile directory assistance service. The firm said that its FreeMobile411 mobile search service will allow users on any carrier to receive 411 business and residential listings, along with retrieving maps, driving directions, and other business information. Apani Takes On Virtualization Security
Brea-based security software firm Apani is taking on server virtualization software, saying this week that it has launched a new product targeted at protecting both virtual and physical machines. The company said that its EpiForce VM product is targeted for use in virtual environments, to isolate both physical and virtual servers into logical security zones. IOGEAR Rolls Out Portable Media Player
Irvine-based IOGEAR rolled out a new portable media player earlier this week. The firm said its new Portable Media Player is targeted at businesses, people on vacation, and other travelers, and features ability to connect to HD television and provide upscaled, 720p video output. According to IOGEAR, the new device will hold up to 34,000 digital photos, 30,000 MP3s, 3,000 uncompressed CD-quality songs, nine hours of digital video or 50 hours of DVD-quality video.
