According to Ayax Systems, the app--which retails for 99 cents on the App store--helps users make difficult personal decisions, such as selecting a college, changing careers, or even whether or not to get a divorce. The software is the brainchild of Ricardo Solar.

Memjet Names Legg CFOSan Diego-based Memjet, a developer of color printing technology, said this week that it has added Mark W. Legg as the firm's new Chief Financial Officer. Legg joins from Genearl Atomics, where he was SVp and CFO. Legg also served at American Reprographics Company, Vivitar, and Price Waterhouse. Legg reports to Memjet President and CEO Len Lauer.

Nirvanix Adds NasuniSan Diego-based cloud storage provider Nirvanix has added a new customer of the firm's storage service, Nasuni, a Massachusetts startup providing virtual file server software. Nasuni said it is using Nirvanix to provide its customers with unlimited cloud capacity. Image Metrics Raises $8.0M, In Reverse MergerSanta Monica-based Image Metrics, a developer of facial animation software and services, has raised $8.0M in funding and gone public through a reverse merger. According to Image Metrics, it has entered into an exchange offer with International Cellular Industries, an OTC BB firm traded as ICLA, to become a pubicly traded company.
