Enterprise Partners Portfolio Firm Heads To Market
One of the portfolio firms of San Diego-based venture capital firm Enterprise Partners, Complete Genomics is set to debut on the market Thursday, after pricing its IPO this evening. According to a filing from Complete Genomics, it will sell 6 million shares at $9.00 per share, below an earlier estimated range of $12.00 to $14.00 per share for the company. CapLinked Adds New Features
Los Angeles-based CapLinked, the developer of software-as-a-service tools for managing investors communications and exchanges between startups and their investors, told its users today that it has added a number of new features to the site. KidZui Revs Kids Browser
San Diego-based KidZui, the web browser startup aiming at the children's market, said Wednesday that it has upgraded its software, launching KidZui K2. Hulu Expects $240M In Revenues In 2010
Los Angeles-based television streaming site Hulu expects to make $240M in 2010, according to Jason Kilar, the firm's CEO. Kilar, who revealed the numbers at today's NewTeeVee conference in San Francisco, also said the firm had $108M in revenues in 2009. Hulu is one of the many companies in Southern California rumored to be prepping for an IPO; the revelation of the company's financials might indicate the firm is nearing a filing.

RealGravity Finds $3.2M
Los Angeles- and San Francisco-based RealGravity, a newly launched firm focused on online video distribution and syndication, announced today that it has raised $3.2M in a funding round. LeisureLink Gets $9M In Series C
Pasadena-based LeisureLink, a provider of distribution services for specialty lodging and vacation rentals, announced today that it has raised $9M in a Series C funding round. Predixion Taps Microsoft Exec For Advisory Board
Aliso Viejo-based Predixion Software, the provider of cloud predictive analytics run by Simon Arkell, said this morning that it has added a former Microsoft executive as an advisor. Predixion said it has added former Microsoft executive and Distinguished Engineer Bill Baker to its advisory board. Los Angeles-based MyShape, the online personalized fashion and women's clothing and apparel firm, said today that it has raised $5.5M more in funding. Nirvanix Raises $10M, Names New CEO
San Diego-based Nirvanix, the provider of cloud storage services, said today that it has raised another $10M in a funding, and appointed a new CEO. The firm said the new round is a Series B, and comes from investors Intel Capital, Mission Ventures, Valhalla Partnes, and Windward Ventures. Borrego Solar Closes $36M Financing Fund
El Cajon-based Borrego Solar Systems, a venture-backed installer of grid-tied and public sector solar power systems, said today that it has closed on a second solar financing fund worth $36M. The new fund comes from U.S. Bank and East West Bank, and will be used for power purchase agreement (PPA) project financing. QLogic Names China Head
Aliso Viejo-based storage networking equipment firm QLogic said Tuesday that it has named Stanley Liu as the firm's General Manager of Greater China. QLogic said that Liu has previously served at firms such as IBM and Sun Microsystems, and has over twenty five years of IT experience. QLogic said Liu will focus on increasing sales for OEM and QLogic-branded products throughout China.
