Inphi Launches Secondary Offering
Inphi Corporation, the developer of high speed analog communications semiconductors, said Monday that it has launched a public offering of 3.9 million shares of its common stock. The new offering comes just shy of six months after the firm's IPO. The firm said that 3.8 million of those shares are owned by certain stockholders of the company, with 0.5M going to underwriters, and 0.5M to over-allotments. Active.com Boots Up Affiliate Program
San Diego-based Active.com, the online sports registration site owned by the Active Network, said Monday afternoon that it has launched its first online affiliate program. SmartSound Launches Cloud Music Service

Invested.in Powers Israeli Crowdfunding Site
Los Angeles-based Invested.in, the crowd funding software firm headed by Alon Goren, has partnered with a site focused on Jewish and Israeli causes. Invested.in and JCrowd.com said they would launch a site for JCrowd in April, which will help provide Jewishh-themed projects with a way to manage online fundraising. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. JCrowd is based in Israel.

FastSoft Names New Marketing VP
Pasadena-based FastSoft, the developer of content acceleration software and appliances, said today that it has named Jerry Hall as Vice President of Marketing at the firm. Hall was most recently a consultant at Forge Strategic Marketing, and also has served at AirHop Communications, ProxiNet, NetBoost, and LanTronix. Warner Adds Harry Potter, Inception To Facebook Test
Warner Bros. said over the weekend that it is expanding its test of renting movies on Facebook, adding five new titles to the firms' online social networking rental experiment. According to Warner Bros, it is adding Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secretes, Inception, Life as We Know It, and Yogi Bear to its lineup. RealD Hits 15,000 Screens
Los Angeles-based RealD, the developer of 3D movie projection technology, reported today that it has now surpassed 15,000 installs of its 3D Cinema System at motion picture theaters worldwide. The firm said the numbers make it the industry's largest 3D cinema platform. The installations included 8,600 domestic screens, and 6,500 international screens. SheKnows Launches Social Media Feature

Conexant Rolls Multimedia Chip
Newport Beach-based Conexant, the semiconductor developer, said this morning that it has expanded its multimedia imaging product line. The firm said it has launched a new, single-chip media processor geared towards high definition (HD) video encoding and decoding, video and graphics overlay, image processing, and other uses. the CS92755 system-on-a-chip (SoC) is aimed at use in connected Web devices, interactive video displays, digital signage, home automation, and user interfaces.
