Friday, October 7, 2011Hulu Plus Hits WD TV Live PlayerLos Angeles-based Hulu, the television and movie streaming service, reported Thursday afternoon that its Hulu Plus service is now available on Western Digital's new WD TV Live Streaming Media Player. WD introduced its new WD TV Live Streaming Media Player this week, the latest in a line of media players from the company. LightPointe Signs French DistributorSan Diego-based LightPointe, the developer of free-space optical networking equipment, reported yesterday that it has signed a deal with a French distributor. According to LightPointe, it has signed Azenn, a distributor which serves all of France from warehouses in Paris, Lyon, Marseille and Rennes. Azenn said that it is the leading distributor of communications equipment in France. LightPointe is backed by investor Berg & Berg Enterprises.
