It's Official: Ross Levinsohn Out At Yahoo
Ross Levinsohn, who has been heading up Yahoo as Interim CEO, is officially leaving the firm tomorrow, according to a regulatory filing by Yahoo. According to the filing, Levinsohn has been awarded 67,000 restricted stock units and 250,000 stock options, plus a cash severance equal to his base salary for 12 months, targeted annual bonus for 12 months, and prorated annual bonus for 2013, in addition to 12 months of health benefits via CORBA and accelerated vesting of the stock options he was gran (More info...)

Rafat Ali's Skift Launches, Targets Travel Pros

eVenues Takes On EventUp With Meeting Marketplace

Yahoo Employees Get Free Lunch, But Not In Santa Monica
Yahoo, which finally has a new CEO, former Googler Marissa Mayer, has brought back one of the most cherished startup institutions: free lunch, at least in Sunnyvale, according to AllthingsD. Intuit Cuts Workers In San Diego
Intuit, the developer of personal finance and tax software, is making major cuts in San Diego, according to a report from the San Diego Union Tribune. Intuit, has major operations in its Consumer Group in San Diego, working on its Turbo Tax software. The report said that 134 of 226 workers company wide were from the division, with a large portion of those in San Diego.

E3 To Remain In LA
Local video gaming fans, and Los Angeles city officials, can relax this morning after the industry's big conference, Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), said it will remain at the Los Angeles Convention Center through 2015. The next event, E3 2013, will run from June 11th until June 13th of 2013. DFJ Frontier's Netpulse Gets $15.6M More
One of the portfolio companies of Los Angeles-based venture capital investor DFJ Frontier has scored a big, $15.6M funding round this morning, to bolster its development of digital entertainment systems for fitness treadmills. BUZZMEDIA Trims Spin Magazine
Los Angeles-based digital media publisher BUZZMEDIA is wasting no time reshaping SPIN Magazine, the venerable music and culture publication it acquired earlier this month, and is reportedly already cleaning house. StockTwits Integrates With Chartly
San Diego-based StockTwits, the online, stock-focused micro messaging startup, said Friday that it has integrated its service with social charting service Chartly. Stocktwits said the deal allows users to search, view, and share charts and videos within its service. As part of the integration, Chartly's site now redirects to the StockTwits site. Newport Beach-based JustEnough Software, which develops software for managing inventory, reported a win with pre-teen retailer Five Below this morning.
