Telcentris Gets $5.3M
Telcentris, the San Diego-based developer of unified communications app VoxOx, has raised $5.3M in a funding round, the firm announced Thursday evening. The funding came from SBD Global Fund. TelCentris develops both consumer and enterprise versions of its service, with VoxOx and VoxOx for Business. The consumer version of the company's service offers up voice, text, chat, faxing, connections into Google Talk, Facebook, Twitter, and more. Amgen To Invest $200M In Singapore Facility
Thousand Oaks-based biotech giant Amgen said this week that it is planning to build a new manufacturing facility in Singapore, and will invest approximately $200M in the new plant. Amgen said the new facility will be located in the Tuas Biomedical Park area of Singapore, and will go towards its manufacturing capability for monoclonal antibodies. Amgen also revealed that it will start construction in the next few months.

BlankSpaces Renews Faith In Coworking

Hulu Launches 2013 AdZone For Super Bowl Ads
Fans of the advertising which rolls out with the Super Bowl will be happy to see that Hulu has once again rolled out its Hulu AdZone, to highlight all of the Super Bowl advertising which will debut again this year at Super Bowl XLVII. TVC Capital Backs Levels Beyond
San Diego-based TVC Capital, the growth equity investor which specializes in software companies, is the lead investor in a round of funding for Levels Beyond, the two announced today. Levels Beyond said it raised $4.5M in a Series A from TVC, to invest in expanding sales, marketing, and business development. OpenX Gets $22.5M More For Online Advertising
Pasadena-based advertising technology firm OpenX has raised $22.5M more in a round of funding, the company announced today, via a Series E funding round. The firm, headed by Tim Cadogan, said this morning that the new funding brings its total raised to more than $70M. NextSpace Gets 825K
NextSpace, the co-working space developer which has locations in Culver City and Venice, announced this morning that it has raised $825,000 more in a funding round, to go towards expansion in Northern California.
