Kyriba Gains $18.2M More
San Diego-based Kyriba, which develops treasury management software, has raised $18.2M in a funding round. The funding came from both existing investors as well as new investor Daher Capital. According to the company, the new funding will go towards further developing the company's software. Kyriba's software is used to manage cross border bank balances for multinational corporations.

Spokeo Revamps Search With New Options For Businesses, Nonprofits
Spokeo, which develops an online, people search engine, has revamped its homepage, saying that it has created new homepages designed for businesses and nonprofits. Seismic Finds $4.5M For Presentation Tools
Encinitas-based Seismic announced Thursday that it has raised $4.5M in a Series A funding round, to build out its cloud-based platform for enhancing proposals, sales decks, reports, and other materials. The startup said the funding was led by Sigma West, and will go towards fortifying its team and to expand its product for the financial services and insurance markets. Tastemade Gets $10M More For YouTube Food Channels
Santa Monica-based YouTube food show producer Tastemade has raised $10M in new funding, the firm said Thursday, led by Raine Ventures and also including Redpoint Ventures. Tastemade is the producer of a number of online, Youtube food and cooking shows, which had been founded by former Demand Media executives. The company's founders are Larry Fitzgibbon, Steven Kydd and Jose Perez. As part of the new funding, Tastemade also launched an iPhone app geared around local restaurant review videos.

BlackLine Systems Gets Investment From Silver Lake Sumeru
Los Angeles-based BlackLine Systems, the developer of financial close software-as-a-service, has scored an investment from private equity firm Silver Lake Sumeru. Financial terms of the investment were not announced. According to BlackLine, its management, Silver Lake Sumeru, and ICONIQ Capital are partnering in the deal to make Silver Lake Sumerua majority shareholder in the company. ContentID.com Looks To Help Musicians Monetize YouTube
In a bid to help independent musicians and labels monetize unauthorized use of their material on YouTube, a new service, ContentID.com, launched this morning. The service--provided by Los Angeles-based AdRev--said it will provide YouTube monetization services to independent musicians, labels, and publishers worldwide. iDoorCam Looks To Wi-Fi Enable Your Doorbell
It looks like Wi-Fi enabled, smart doorbells are quite the gadget trend, with another crowdsourced company looking to create a Wi-Fi enabled doorbell. iDoorCam yesterday that it has launched a campaign on Indiegogo to fund the development of its Wi-Fi enabled doorbell, which replaces a user's doorbell with a Wi-Fi enabled product which alerts a user via smartphone that someone's at their front door. iDoorCam is hoping to raise $100,000 for its project. Novatel Wireless Wins UK Customer
San Diego-based Novatel Wireless announced a win in the UK today, with RAC Motoring Services. According to Novatel, it will provide one of its telematics devices, as part of a fleet telematics deployment for RAC. Financial details of the win were not disclosed. Novatel Wireless said its MT 3060 telematics device will be used as part of a vehicle telematics product from RAC MOtoring Services, under the RAC Advance brand.

BioIQ Targets New Health Regulations
Santa Barbara-based BioIQ, which develops technology for corporate health and wellness programs, said yesterday that it is helping employers to comply with regulations that are part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). The company, which is led by Justin Bellante, said its products and services can help employers meet all of the new ACA wellness requirements. BioIQ's online platform combines an online health dashboard with offline health screening and testing.
