Neebula Systems develops software for automating the discovery, mapping, and monitoring of IT services. ServiceNow is paying approximately $100M in cash for Neebula, which was based in Israel. FreedomPop In International ExpansionLos Angeles-based free mobile phone service provider FreedomPop, the startup backed by Mangrove Capital, DCM, and Atomico, has made its first international expansion, saying Thursday that it has linked with Dutch carrier KPN. INSTEON Expands In Latin AmericaIrvine-based INSTEON, a developer of home automation and control products, said today that it has expanded in Latin America. INSTEON said it has opened up new offices in Ecuador and Guatemala, which will feature its technology in a home and office showroom, and stock inventory in those local markets. INSTEON develops a range of home automation products, including smartphone controlled lighting, sensors, energy monitoring products, and much more.
