Rubicon Projects Hit One Year Mark After IPO
Los Angeles-based online advertising technology developer Rubicon Project has apparently just hits its one year anniversary on the public markets, saying today that it will be ringing the NYSE closing bell this afternoon. Rubicon Project--which trades as RUBI on the NYSE--said CEO, Founder, and Chief Product Architect Frank Addante will ring the bell at 4:00 p.m. ET. Addante founded Rubicon Project in 2007.

24i Gets $2M For TV Apps
24i, a Dutch developer of over-the-top TV applications, which has its U.S. headquarters in Los Angeles announced today that it has raised $2M in a funding round. The funding came from Newion Investments. 24i is based in Amsterdam. The company said the funding will help it expand in the United States, and follows the opening of its American office in Los Angeles. The company's software helps companies develop Smart TV applications, which run across a wide range of platforms.

Dexcom Rolls Out Diabetes Monitoring App For Apple Watch
San Diego-based Dexcom, the manufaturer of continuous glucose monitoring devices for patients with diabetes, is jumping onto the Apple Watch bandwagon, saying that it will be shipping an app which connects directly to Apple's new device on April 24th. Dexcom said its apps will enable users to monitor their glucose level directly from the Apple Watch. The company is leveraging its existing support from the iPhone.
