Virgin Atlantic Launches Entrepreneurship Series In LA
Virgin Atlantic is kicking off a series of events for entrepreneurs in Los Angeles, on February 18th, featuring founder Sir Richard Branson. The event--which features Mayor Eric Garcetti, Miguel McKelvey of WeWork, Cassey Ho of Blogilates, and Sean Rad of Tinder--is focused on encouraging the next generation of leaders through the event. Zadara Adds Systems Integrator
Irvine-based Zadara Storage, a provider of storage-as-a-service for the enterprise market, said this week that its services are now available from Lightstream, a systems integrator focused on the enterprise market. Lightstream is basd in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lightstream will offer up Zadara's storage-as-a-service directly to customers. Zadara's product offers up both file and block-based storage to customers.

RippleNami Names New CEO, CFO
San Diego-based RippleNami, a developer of map-based data visualization software, said this week that it has named Jaye Connolly-LaBelle President and Chief Executive Officer and Kendra Berger Chief Financial Officer. Connolly-LaBelle has been President and COO of the company since March of 2015, and previously served at PathCentral, A-Life Medical, and InsightHealth Corp. Berger was most recently at NTN Buzztime, and also served at Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corp. and other companies.

ScoreBig Ties With JetBlue
Los Angeles-based live event marketplace ScoreBig has linked up to JetBlue, and its airline loyalty program, TrueBlue, the company said Thursday. ScoreBig said the deal allows its members to receive TrueBlue points when they purchase sports, music, family, and theater tickets from the site, at a rate of 20 points for every dollar. ScoreBig already offers up similar, loyalty and points with United Airlines, Southwest, Virgin America and others.
