Nestigator Rolls Out New Tool For Real Estate Agents
Los Angeles-based Nestigator.com, an online, collaborative home search site which allows real estate agents, home seekers, and other collaborate to help find homes, has rolled out a new marketing tool for real estate agents. March Capital Partners Launches $240M Venture Fund
Santa Monica-based March Capital Partners, the venture capital investment firm founded by venture investment veterans Jim Armstrong, Sumant Mandal, Gregory Milken and Jamie Montgomery, said this morning that it has had a final close on its first fund, at $240M. Kelly Slater Wave Company Acquired By World Surf League
Santa Monica-based WSL Holdings, the parent company of the World Surf League (WSL), said this morning that it has acquired the Kelly Slater Wave Company--the entity behind the "perfect wave" generating machine that has caused ripples across the surfing community. will.i.am Launches Wireless Headphones Line
Los Angeles-based i.am+, the technology company founded by musician will.i.am, said it has launched a new product, a set of Bluetooth-enabled, wireless headphones called the i.am+ EPs. i.am+ said the bluetooth earphones are now on sale at a "select" set of Apple Stores and at apple.com. The new devices retail for $229.95. According to i.am+, the new wireless headphones specifically look to fill a gap in the Bluetooth market, which it called "saturated with sports solutions".

Motor Trend Updates Video On Demand Service
Los Angeles-based online content publisher TEN: The Enthusiast Network said this morning that it has launched an updated Motor Trend OnDemand, its automotive, video-on-demand service. According to TEN, the new site features a new and refreshed mobile app, more than 1500 plus hours of updated live and original content, support for Apple TV, and more. Chatter Set To Launch App For Celebrity Chats For Charity
Los Angeles-based mobile app startup Chatter said today that it is about to launch an app, which will let fans hold one-on-one, five minute chats with their favorite stars--and, at the same time, help raise money for charities.
