TVC Capital Backs BitTitan
San Diego-based growth and private equity investor TVC Capital is the lead backer of cloud services company BitTitan, which announced a $15M, Series A financing this morning. According to BitTitan, the funding was led by TVC Capital, and also included Tao Capital Partners, and was the company's first funding since it was foundedi n 2007. Impact Radius Gets $30M For Affiliate Marketing Software
Santa Barbara-based Impact Radius, which develops digital marketing and affiliate marketing software, has raised $30M in a funding round, according to the company. The funding came from Silversmith Capital partners. Impact Radius--let by startup veteran Per Pettersen--said the new funding will go towards its platform, fund developmentof new products and services, and also to global expansion. Experian, Yardi Link Rent Payments To Credit History
Costa Mesa-based Experian, the consumer credit ratings bureau, and Santa Monica-based real estate software developer Yardi said Wednesday that the two are in a deal, which will report rental payments to Experian's RentBureau. The two said that Yardi's property management clients can sign up to automatically have their rental payment history reported from Yardi's Voyager software. Rubicon Project Launches Summer Olympics Push
Los Angeles-based Rubicon Project says it has launched a new, Olympics advertising marketplace, ahead of the 2016 Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. According to Rubicon Project, it has pulled together Olympics-specific inventory, from such publishers as Conde Nast and USA TODAY NETWORK, to provide a reach to over 100 million monthly uniques focused on sports fans. OpenHouse Links With Mortgage Company
Santa Monica-based OpenHouse, the online home search site which helps connect home buyers with agents, has linked up with Wintrust Mortgage in a strategic relationship, the two said this week. According to the two, Wintrust will use OpenHouse's real estate recommendation service, Agent Ace, to help connect its clients to real estate agents. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
