West Hollywood-based FabFitFun, the women's lifestyle brand which is backed by New Enterprise Associates, Upfront Ventures,Rachel Zoe Ventures, 500 Startups, Simon Ventures, Draft Ventures, and a long list of angels, said today that it has launched a new service called FabFitFunTV. iExhale Takes In $1.86M For Mental Health Support
Los Angeles-based iExhale, a startup developing an online mental health and wellness service providing on-demand therapy from licensed mental health professionals, is announcing this morning that it has raised $1.86M in a seed funding round. The funding was led by Dorilton Capital. According to iExhale, it offers up affordable mental health service via iOS and Android apps, and is currently available in California. The company was founded by Aaron Robin.

Vertiflex Finds $40M For Spinal Implants
Carlsbad-based spinal implant developer Vertiflex announced this morning that it has raised $40M in a new funding round, led by Endeavour Vision and H.I.G. BioHealth Partners, and also including New Enterprise Associates; Thomas, McNerney & Partners; and Alta Partners. The company, which is developing minimally invasive devices used for treating spinal stenosis, said the funding will go towards commercial expansion of its systems. Alignment Healthcare Raises $115M
Orange, California-based Alignment Healthcare, a developer of technology used for population health management, has raised $115M in a funding round, from private equity investor Warburg Pincus. According to Alignment Healthcare, the new funds will go to accelerate expansion of its operation across the country. Alignment Healthcare's technology and integrated care coordination is used by healthcare providers to manage the "most complex" patients in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial HMO (More info...)

Conversion Logic Gets $9M For Marketing Analytics Tools
Los Angeles-based Conversion Logic, a developer of marketing analytics software, announced this morning that it has raised $9M in a Series A funding. The funding was led by Pelion Venture Partners, and also included Rincon Venture Partners, Crosscut Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, Founder Collective, Revel Partners and TenOneTen.
