Datum Security Acquired By Prevalent
Altadena, California-based Datum Security, a developer of third party risk management and cyber threat assessment services, has been acquired by New Jersey-based Prevalent, the two companies announced on Tuesday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Prevalent said the acquisition will help small and medium-sized business with third party risk validation. See Jane Go Snags $2.47M To Expand In SoCal
Laguna Hills-based See Jane Go, a startup which operates a ridesharing service driven by, and which serves just women, has raised $2.47M in an angel funding, the company said Tuesday. Name of the investors in the company were not announced. See Jane Go currently offers it service in Orange County and Long Beach, with plans to expand to the rest of Southern California using the funding. SeeJane Go says it is specifically a "ride-hail option designed just for women."

Yumi Raises $4.1M For Subscription Baby Food Service
Los Angeles-based Yumi, a subscription, organic baby food startup, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $4.1M in a seed funding round. The funding came from August Capital, Brand Foundry, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), plus angels Hugo Barra, Ali Partovi, Philip Krim and Matt Mullenweg. Yumi says it offers up baby food delivery starting at $50 a week. The company says all of its baby food is "organic, plant-based and low in total sugar." Techstars Music Grad Hurdl Raises $2.5M
Hurdl, a startup which just graduated from LA's Techstars Music Accelerator, said this morning that it has raised $2.5M in a funding round. The funding came from angel investors, including athletes and executives from the sports and media world. Name of those angels was not announced. Hurdl makes the PIXL, a wearable lighted device which allows participants at concerts and other events to become part of the show, coordinated with those live events. Clutter Collects $64M More For On Demand Storage
Los Angeles-based Clutter, which operates an on-demand, physical storage service which picks up and delivers your belongings from offsite storage, has raised $64M in a Series C funding, the company disclosed this morning. The funding came from Atomico, Sequoia Capital, GV (Google Ventures), and Fifth Wall. Clutter has also previously raised funding from AmplifyLA, Resolute.vc, and angels Matt Coffin, David Sacks, and Joanne Wilson. Clutter has now raised around $97M in total funding since 2015.

Alteryx Rolls Out On Microsoft Azure
Irvine-based data analytics software developer Alteryx is rolling out its Alteryx Server software on Microsoft Azure, the company announced this morning. Alteryx said the software is now available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Alteryx develops software used by business analysts for data analytics. The company just had a successful IPO in March.

ScriptDash Raises $23M To Expand Online Pharmacy To LA
San Francisco-based ScriptDash Pharmacy, which operates an online, prescription pharmacy service, said on Monday that it has raised $23M in a funding round, and expanded to Los Angeles, and also rebranded itself to Alto Pharmacy. Los Angeles is its first market outside of the Bay Area. Alto lets doctors submit their prescriptions to the pharmacy, and then provides scheduled delivery of those prescriptions to patients. Activision, Bungie Plan Early Launch Date For Destiny 2
Los Angeles-based Activision Publishing, and game studio Bungie said late Monday evening that they have an early ship date for Destiny 2. According to the two, Destiny 2 will launch on Playstation 4 and Xbox One on September 6th, with the PC version launching on October 24th. The company said it has begun taking pre-orders for the title. Early beta access for Platstion 4 begins on July 18th, available to players who pre-order the game, with Xbox One opening on July 19th. Chrome River Wins University Of Minnesota
Los Angeles-based expense and invoice management software developer Chrome River says this morning that it has been selected by the University of Minnesota, to help modernize the University's expense management system. Financial details of the win were not announced. Chrome River said its system will be rolled out to almost 30,000 faculty and staff members at the university system. Chrome River is led by CEO Alan Rich.
