San Diego-based NextWave Wireless said today that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire San Bruno-based IPWireless, a developer of TD-CDMA network equipment and subscriber terminals. The deal is worth $100M, including $25M in cash and $75M in stock. The deal also includes up to $135M in earnout based on revenue milestones. NextWave Wireless is a provider of mobile broadband products.
