Nimble Claims Record Growth

Santa Monica-based Nimble is claiming it has seen record growth this quarter, for the company's customer relationship management tools. According to Nimble, it saw a 2.5-times, year-over-year growth in revenues between Q3 2012 and Q3 2012, a 5x increase in users, and signups from over 150 countries. Actual financials were not released by the startup. Nimble develops software used to track customer contacts and relationships, tracking everything from email messages and phone calls to social outreach. Nimble is headed by CRM veteran Jon Ferrara, who was the founder of contact tracking pioneer Goldmine. Nimble is backed by such investors as Google Ventures, Mark Cuban, Jason Calacanis, Don Dodge, and Dharmesh Shah.
