Nomadix Rolls Out In Hermosa Beach

Westlake Village-based Nomadix announced that its Univeral Subscriber Gateways have been installed in Hermosa Beach's citywide wireless network. The company's public access solutions are part of Hermosa Beach's plan for a HotZone providing free wireless internet access downtown, at City Hall, and adjacent neighborhoods. The first phase of the public access zone covers approximately 35 percent of Hermosa Beach. The Nomadix gateway supports Wi-Fi plug and play, traffic shaping, and provisioning of services.
