Nomadix Settles Patent Suit Against Aruba Networks

Agoura Hills-based wired and wireless gateway developer Nomadix said today that it has settled a patent infringement case it had filed against Aruba Networks. Financial details of the settlement were not disclosed. Nomadix said the settlement included a license to Aruba of its patent portfolio covering Internet access technology. Nomadix is a subsidiary of DOCOMO interTouch. The company has been involved in a number of patent cases since 2009. The company said this lawsuit had been filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
