Santa Barbara-based Novacoast said Friday that it has acquired Integrated Network Systems, LLC, a provider of desktop management, email and groupware consulting, and network design. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Integrated Network Solutions serves Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Novacoast is a provider of IT professional services and product development.
