Santa Barbara-babsed Novacoast, a provider of IT services and product development, said Tuesday that it has acquired an IT consulting firm, Eiseman Consulting Group Inc. and RazorShark Technologies, LLC. Eiseman Consulting is an IT consulting provider in New York, focused on email and Novell Groupwise. RazorShark Technologies is a subsidiary of Eiseman Consulting Group. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Eiseman Consulting serves both New York and New Jersey.
