Calabasas-based National Technical Systems, a provider of engineering services, has acquired B&B Technologies, a systems integration firm headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico. BBT provides test, measurement, automation, data acquisition, and other systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. NTS said that BBT includes Sandia National Labs, Honeywell, and General Dynamics as customers. NTS focuses on aerospace, defense, and the IT industry.
