San Diego-based Nukona, a developer of mobile application management software, has been acquired by security software giant Symantec. Symantec said it completed the acquisition this morning. The deal had originally been announced in April. Symantec said that Nukona will bolster Symantec's enterprise mobility software portfolio. Nukona had been founded by Chris Perrett, Jeff Enderwick, and Brad Murdoch. The company was backed by Citrix and angel investors.
