Santa Barbara-babsed Occam Networks said Friday that it has completed its acquisition of the assets of optical networking hardware provider Terawave Communications. Occam said it paid $3.2M in cash, plus the cancellation of a bridge financing round, legal fees, and assumption of certain liabilities for Terawave. Occam had announced the acquisition in September.
