Santa Barbara-based Occam Networks, a provider of equipment for Ethernet- and IP-based broadband, announced this morning that it has outsourced its manufacturing operations to a contract manufacturer. Occam will tap Flash Electronics for its lead product, the Occam BLC 6000. Flash operates manufacturing sites in Silicon Valley, and Suzhoa and Shanghai China.
