    OCP Ships Optical Transceivers


    Woodland Hills-based Optical Communications Products (www.ocp-inc.com) has shipped a line of 40km and 80km small form pluggable (SFP) OC-48/STM-16 optical transceivers, used in fibre optical networking for metropolitan, local area, and storage area networks. The new transceivers add to the company's line of optical components for the networking industry.
