On Assigment Buys Oxford Global Resources For $200M

Calabasas-based On Assigment, a provider of healthcare and lab support staffing services, said Wednesday that it is acquiring Oxford Global Resources, a provider of information technology and engineering staffing services for $200M. The deal consists of $190M in cash plus $10M in stock, and also includes upt o $12M in earnout. The acquisition is an expansion of On Assigment's temporary staffing services, which previously focused on the laboratory and health sector. Oxford's 2006 revenues are expected to be approximately $177M. On Assignment was advised by UBS Investment Bank in the transaction.
