On Assignment Buys Sharpstream

Calabasas-based On Assignment, the publicly held professionals staffing provider for the life sciences industry, said today that it has acquired Sharpstream, a provider of search services for the executive and middle manager segment of the life sciences sector. On Assignment said it is paying $5.0M in cash plus unspecified earnout for Sharpstream, which is based in London. The firm also said that Sharpstream had approximately $5.0M in revenues in fiscal 2009.
