Irvine-based OneMind Connect, which develops the ExpensAble expense report management software, has been acquired, according to human resources outsourcing firm Administaff. Administaff did not reveal any financial details of the buy. ExpensAble is an expense report management software delivered both as installable desktop software and as software-as-a-service. The firm was headed by John Tangredi. Administaff said that ExpensAble's existing management and staff will continue to oversee operations, and the firm will continue to operate under the ExpensAble name.
