Ontrak Acquires LifeDojo

Santa Monica-based virtual healthcare and telehealth provider Ontrak announced this morning that it has acquired LifeDojo, which provides an online behavior change platform. Financial details ofthe acquisition were not announced. According to OnTrak, LifeDojo's platform helps make "transformative life changes possible" for its member. Ontrak cited a Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) report pointing at a possible "second wave" mental health surge as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, with a greatly strained mental health system and individuals at high risk for mental health disorders such scitinas anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. Ontrak said that Chris Cutter, Co-Founder and CEO, and Patricia Bedard, Co-Founder and CTO of LifeDojo, have joined the company as part of the acquisition. Ontrak was previously known as Catasys.
