    ORYXE Names New Chairman, CEO
    Irvine-based ORYXE Energy has named a new chairman and CEO, saying yesterday that Walter L. Schindler is returning to SAIL Venture Partners, the lead investor in ORYXE. James M. Clearly will be appointed to the position. Clearly has been on the firm's board of advisors since 2004, and has served as President and COO of STRATCO, and also served at Tosco Refining Company. Schindler will return to SAIL as managing partner. ORYXE is developing fuel additives for reducing toxic emissions from combustion, and is funded by Odyssey/SAIL, Ridgewood Capital, and Paladin Homeland Security Fund.
