Los Angeles-based, the Internet marketing and domain firm headed by Jeff Kupietzky, announced this morning that it has acquired ShopWiki, which operates a network of shopping comparison websites. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ShopWiki was backed by Generation Partners, and was based in New York. According to, ShopWiki will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm, and operate as a part of its Vertical Markets division.
