Los Angeles-based Oversee.net said today that it has completed its acquisition of SnapNames, a Portland Oregon-based domain name business focused on the purchase and sales of expired and deleting domain names. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company will continue as a stand-alone unit of Oversee. Oversee.net is a major domainer and Internet marketing firm, and operates both domain name driven advertising networks and lead-driven marketing sites. Oversee.net originally announced the acquisition at the beginning of June.
