Overtone Raises $2.4M

Overtone, a developer of software-as-a-service tools for monitoring customer sentiment, has raised $2.48M out of a $5.3M funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm Thursday. Details on the funding have not been announced. The firm--which has locations in both Carlsbad and San Francisco--has previously raised funding from ABS Ventures, Dolphin Equity Partners, and Encinal Capital Management. The filing lists Dolphin Equity's Dennis O'Connell and ABS Ventures' Thayer Swartwood as current board members. More information »
