Irvine-based backup and disaster recovery software developer Paragon Software is extending itself into the service market, saying this week that it has launched a new Business Recovery and Continuity (BRC) Planning service. The firm said its extension into services is aimed at helping to design a comprehensive, best practice BC/DR plan for companies following disasters, such as recent super storm Sandy. Pricing on the new services was not announced by the company.
