Los Angeles-based PathConnect, a developer of online social networking web sites, said today that it has appointed Chris Wong as the firm's President and CEO. PathConnect is the firm behind SkiSpace, the online ski social networking web site run by Bode Miller. Wong joins the firm from Oracle, where he was Senior Vice President of Applications, and was EVP and Chief Product Officer of Agile Software. Wong was also founder of SkillsVillage, which was acquired by PeopleSoft in 2001. According to PathConnect, the firm's current CEO, Ryan Blair, will become Chairman of the Board.
