Peregrine Semiconductor Hires CFO

San Diego-based Peregrine Semiconductor announced this morning that it has hired a new CFO, Jay Biskupski. Biskupski joins the firm from Xantrex Technology, and has also served at PMC-Sierra, Schlumberger Ltd., Nortel Networks, and Touch Ross & Co. Biskupski replaces Philip Chapman, who the firm says will oversee the firm's intellectual property licensing strategy. Peregrine Semiconductor is a developer of mixed signal and RF CMOS semiconductors.
