La Jolla-based Perminova announced Tuesday that it has raised $7M in a funding round, which it will use to develop its web-based cardiovascular procedure software. Perminova's software provides scheduling, workflow, surgical data, and billing for major cardiovascular institutes and healthcare systems, including UC San Diego Health System and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Perminova said the funding is split between $3M in a Series A, and $4M in a equity credit facility. Source o the funding was not announced.
