PivX Launches Security Solution
Newport Beach-based PivX Solutions has announced new intrusion prevention software. The company's Qwik-Fix Pro tool blocks vulnerabilities in system and application software. The new tool leverages research from PivX to identify and fix root cause vulnerabilities, ahead of patch availability from manufacturers. The software also supports a web-based management console for deploying the software across a network, and provides group policies, reports of client usage, and central control of the software from a central location.
