PneuDraulics Acquired By TransDigm For $325M

Rancho Cucamonga-based PneuDraulics, a manufacturer of highly engineered, pneumatic and hydralic components for the aerospace industry, has been acquired for $325M in cash by Cleveland-based TransDigm Group Incorporated. According to the companies, PenuDraulics employs approximately 275 people. The deal had been announced in July. TransDigm is a designer, producer, and supplier of aircraft components, both for the commercial and military aircraft market.
