Camarillo-based Power-One, a manufacturer of power supplies and related components, said Friday that it has added Kyle Ryland and Ajay Shah, of private investment firm Silver Lake Sumeru to its board of directors. Ryland and Shah join in conjunction with the close of a $60M investment in the publicly traded firm by Silver Lake Sumeru, earlier announced by the company.
