    ProcessClaims Acquired By CCC
    Manhattan Beach-based ProcessClaims has been acquired by Chicago-based CCC Information Services, CCC announced yesterday. CCC Information Services, which supplies technology to the automotive claims and collision repair industry, said that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire ProcessClaims, which develops software for the automotive claims industry. Terms were not disclosed. ProcessClaims has received more than $18.2M in funding from Draper Fisher Jurvetson, meVC, the Tech Coast Angels, and Vector Capital.
