QLogic Qualifies Product With IBM

Aliso Viejo-based storage networking equipment provider QLogic said today that one of its products has been qualified with IBM. QLogic said that its SANbox 6140 intelligent storage router was qualified through IBM's System Storage Proven program for use with IBM's DS4700 and DS4800 storage systems. IBM's System Storage Proven qualification tests are a set of interoperability tests used to prove interoperability with IBM equipment. QLogic's SANbox 6150 storage router is used to connect iSCSI and Fibre Channel storage area networks (SANs).
