San Diego-based Qualcomm said today that it has named Rafael Steinhauser as its Senior Vice President of Qualcomm Latin America. Steinhauser has prevoiusly served at Acision and NextWave, as well as Cisco and Nortel. Steinhauser, who will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, replaces Flavio Mansi, who the firm said will be transitioning to other opportunities within the company.
