Qualte Changes Name To HostedSupport.com

Los Angeles-based Qualte announced yesterday that it has renamed the company HostedSupport.com. HostedSupport provides online customer support applications that allow businesses to automate their online customer support. The company said that it changed its name to easily identify the company as a provider of hosted customer support solutions, and to align its name with its ezSupport and ezSupport Pro products. HostedSupport recently raised $3M in funding from PMC Global.
