Aliso Viejo-based Quest Software announced this morning that it has rolled out a new software package for monitoring Windows Azure applications. The firm said its new package, Foglight for Windows Azure Applications, is a software-as-a-service product for performance monitoring of applications running in the Azure cloud, Microsoft's cloud computing service. Pricing on the new software was not disclosed. The new app provides both current and historical availability information, a browser-by-browser view of performance issues, and other information.
