Aliso Viejo-based Quest Software has acquired Magnum Technologies, a vendor of business services management software tools, Quest said today. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Magnum Technologies develops software that is used by companies to manage business and IT services. Magnum Technologies was founded in 1999, and received venture capital funding from Hitachi Data Systems and others.
