Quest Supports SharePoint
Aliso Viejo-based Quest Software is supporting Microsoft's popular SharePoint portal software, the company said this week at the Microsoft SharePoint Conference 2006. Quest said that it will support the SharePoint software later this year by providing management and reporting capabilities on SharePoint installations. The firm also said that it plans to provide tools to migrate content from Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folders to the SharePoint platform. Microsoft's SharePoint platform is used by companies to manage content and collaboration between teams. Quest Software is a provider of IT management tools for Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and other environments.
