RadPad Aims At Short Term Renters

Los Angeles-based RadPad, the apartment search and rental startup led by Jonathan Eppers, says it expanding its service to cover short-term rental listing with the latest release of its service. According to the company, it now features short term rentals from onefinestay, Airbnb, and HomeSuite on its marketplace, in addition to its existing long-term listings. RadPad said the move comes from major landlords, who the company said prefer short-term renters (looking to stay a few weeks or months at a location) versus travelers (looking for days at a location). RadPad said the minimum stay for its short-term listings has been set to one week. The announcement came in addition to the launch of a new feature called "Apply Instantly!", which allows renters to send their income, credit, and rental history to any apartment landlord on the site during a month for only $30, via a partnership with TransUnion SmartMove.
